About Daniel Drapeau

Daniel Drapeau has close to 30 years’ experience in the field of Intellectual Property Law, dedicated to helping clients in a wide variety of industries, including Mechanical, Retail, Consumer Products, Tech, Food & Beverage, amongst others. Daniel has managed important trademark and copyright portfolios of foreign companies in Canada and those of Canadian companies abroad. Daniel also acts as an Independent Supervising Solicitor, appointed by the Federal Court to ensure that seizure orders are properly executed. Since 1997, Daniel has supervised the execution of Federal Court Seizures in British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec. Daniel is also the author of “Anton Piller Orders and the Federal Court of Canada”
