About Jason K. Wong

Jason K. Wong is the principal of Wong Employment Law in Toronto, Ontario. He practices labour, employment, and human rights law. As part of his workplace law practice, Jason has experience with workplace investigations from all angles, including conducting investigations and representing both complainants and respondents in an investigation. He also advises employees and employers regarding harassment, human rights, and other workplace complaints.

Jason has represented employees and employers before the courts, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. He has also written for the Ontario Bar Association. Prior to founding Wong Employment Law, Jason worked with a top boutique labour and employment law firm. He earned his J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. Jason also has an MSc and BSc from Western University.
